| In order to specialize and know our Valley inside and out, I have focused my business and real-estate education on serving Mount Vernon, Conway, Big Lake, Clear Lake, Burlington, Bow/Edison, Bayview and Sedro-Woolley. As a parent of three active kids (10, 12 & 15), I understand the needs of familes for quality neighborhoods, great schools, creative activities and supportive community involvement. My participation with local community groups such as YMCA, Oasis Teen Shelter, Skagit Valley Dance Academy, Mount Vernon Baseball, Immaculate Conception School, Rotary, Downtown Mt. Vernon and recently starting to work with Habitat for Humanity, keeps me in the middle of community participation for our great valley. |

| As a Listing Agent, I help my clients prepare their home to become a product to be marketed. By providing professional home staging services and professional photography, I am able to promote my clients listings to the fullest. Homes that have been staged and prepared for excellent showing, sell faster and for closer to list price than homes that are not "ready". As a Buyer's Agent, I work with my client to establish lifestyle goals for their next home. We tour online and in person to compare the value of the neighborhood, style, floorplan and price. We search together not only a home for today, but as an investment in tomorrow. By understanding the needs of my buyer, I hope to help them achieve both their short-term and long-term goals of great living and excellent investment. |
